Unlike many online scanners that upload your sensitive camera snapshots or image files to remote servers, Tool Yaar performs 100% client-side decoding using modern browser Web APIs and optimized JavaScript QR libraries. Your camera preview, photos, and scanned results remain completely private on your device.

For safety, scanned web links are never automatically opened or executed. You can inspect the full destination URL before choosing to visit the website.

How to Use the QR Scanner

Choose whether to scan live using your device camera or upload a saved QR code image screenshot.

If using camera, click "Scan with Camera" to grant one-time browser permission. Position the QR code inside the viewfinder frame.

The scanner automatically identifies the QR code, stops the camera, and categorizes the data (URL, Wi-Fi, Contact, Text, etc.).

Review the decoded data safely, copy with one click, or safely open web links in a new tab.
